Hermes Youtube Manager is a private, single-user automation tool. It operates only on the Google Account of its owner and is not offered to the public.

What data it accesses

With the owner's consent, the tool may access the following data through Google APIs, limited to the owner's own account:

• YouTube: the owner's playlists and videos (organizing and metadata operations)
• Google Calendar: the owner's calendars (creating and updating personal reminders)
• Gmail: reading and sending mail on the owner's behalf (personal expense tracking and reminders)
• Google Drive, Sheets and Docs: read access to the owner's files for personal reporting
• Contacts: read access for personal address book lookups

How the data is used and stored

All data stays on the owner's private, self-hosted server. Access tokens and derived data are stored locally on that machine. Data is not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising or profiling. No analytics or tracking is present in this tool.

Data retention and deletion

Locally cached data can be deleted at any time by the owner. Revoking the tool's access from the Google Account permissions page immediately terminates all further access.
